I really love VanGogh, and his Vase of 15 Sunflowers is my favorite! This waterproof cloth diaper cover has an outer and inner of lovely, soft brown Minkee and a hidden inner layer of waterproof PUL so clothes and linens stay dry!

I had just enough of this hand-dyed organic bamboo velour to make this sweet cloth diaper. It has an outer and inner layer of the beautiful and soft velour with a full body hidden layer of organic bamboo fleece and comes with a 4-layer lay-in soaker.

Another bit of hand-dyed fabric I had on hand that was begging to be made into a cloth diaper. I call this one Star Spangled because it seems perfect for the 4th of July and patriotism!

I've been making diapers again. I have kind of missed it! I may get back into it if the need seems to be there...it's been a long time since I was in the dipe world, so we'll see! Meanwhile, they are so lovely and soft and bring a smile to my face when I finish one. I wish my daughter would use cloth for my new grandbaby, but disposables seem to be the norm for working moms with babies in daycare. :(

I had forgotten how much I really love making fitted diapers until Jenni from Lil Bees asked me to make her another Minkee fitted for her newest little man. She picked the celtic knotwork tree of life as the embroidery design, and I put it on to aqua gelato Minkee. It really is soft, squishy goodness that nothing else can match!
When Mary emailed me about getting a custom cover made before I closed, I was happy to say yes. I love this design and think it looks great on Minkee! Merry Christmas Magnus!
I have stocked Christmas covers at HyenaCart today. These will be the last of the pre-made things I will be making for quite awhile I think. Customs and YDME are much more fun for me, so I am going to concentrate on those for the rest of the winter. :) I am also going to be making yummy embroidered OBV baby blankets and prefolds...it will be a nice change from the 'norm'!
Look for these covers and about 5 others to be on HC through this week, and then I will be moving them over to Etsy with the autumn pocket dipes that are there. :)
Carolyn asked me to make a Skulls & Roses fitted diaper for her to match the cover I had up at Etsy, as well as a few wetbags to make using cloth easier at Adriana's preschool. Carolyn picked half a dozen designs and then gave me artistic license to choose which design to match with the PUL. I think they turned out so cute!

When I told Jena that I was probably going to be hanging up my diaper making hat after Christmas, she thought maybe she should get a few 3d covers and decided on these cute designs! I just listed six new pocket diapers for Halloween at my main store, deebleDdo, and have a few other Autumn themed diapers available for sale there and at Etsy. I also stocked three diaper covers today at Avant-Garde. These will be the last of the diapers until November when I will have some covers for Christmas.

I love making things for little girls. Being in a house full of boys (well mostly boys), it is fun to live vicariously through others! I don't think I have mentioned here on the blog that our family is being licensed for foster care which should be finalized by the end of July. Maybe I will foster a little girl? One thing is for certain...if I care for any little girls, they will not lack for cute clothes and dipes!
